About me

I grew up in Valencia, Venezuela. I’ve always been deeply curious about how things work and why they work the way they do. From spacecraft, to policy, to board games, I love understanding how a basic set of rules can create complex and often fascinating systems.

My curiosity for science and technology brought me to Virginia Tech, which I attended as an undergraduate and where I’m currently pursuing a graduate degree in Aerospace Engineering. Here, I’ve discovered a passion for teamwork and innovation. Whether it is designing spacecraft, building race cars, or developing autonomous systems, I thrive in diverse, collaborative environments where people are united by a shared passion to push the boundaries of what is possible.

I also love board games, photography, film, and hiking. I love meeting people of different backgrounds, understanding their culture, their language, and in turn, understanding my own better.

It has been a life-long dream of mine to be part of the space community. I find the diverse set of challenges that space exploration brings with it fascinating. The private space industry is only just getting started, and making it a sustainable reality calls for the very best out creativity has to offer.

From inventing the next revolutionary propulsion technology, to building the autonomous vehicles that will enable off-world settlements, to understanding the biological challenges of long-term voyages, the coming years promise to bring some of the most exciting technological advances in human history, and I am eager to make my own contribution.

Not only that, my experience working with teams designing space systems has allowed me to see another fascinating aspect of this growing industry: the immense curiosity, passion, and talent of the individuals that compose it. Working alongside such people is an immense privilege that inspires me to be my very best self.
